Staff

The California Olive Oil Council currently has three full-time positions. These positions include: Executive Director, Director of Operations and Research, and Office Manager.

Todd W. Sanders
Executive Director

Todd Sanders currently serves as the Executive Director of the California Olive Oil Council. Mr. Sanders has extensive experience in marketing and association management.

Mr. Sanders was born and raised in the High Sierra ski resort community of Mammoth Lakes, California. He excelled in sports and was eventually recruited by Whittier College for both football and basketball. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. degree in Psychology. He later pursued a Master’s degree in International Relations from California State University, Fresno.

Elise Oliver
Director of Operations and Research

Elise Oliver currently serves as the Program Supervisor for the California Olive Oil Council. Elise grew up in Fresno, CA and received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Elise is excited to combine the knowledge she gained from earning her degree with her love of agriculture to serve the industry in her role.

Janette Ramos
Office Manager

Janette Ramos is the Office Manager for the California Olive Oil Council. As Office Manager, Janette carries out the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office such as managing the front office desk, maintaining office records, systematic filing, and sustaining reports.

Seraphina Bedoyan

Intern

Seraphina currently serves as an Intern with the California Olive Oil Council. Seraphina was raised in the Central Valley in Fresno, CA. She is currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business at California State University, Fresno. Seraphina looks forward to serving the industry and learning more during her internship. 

Cassidie Banish

Intern

Cassidie currently serves as an Intern with the California Olive Oil Council. Cassidie was raised in the Central Coast in Paso Robles, CA. She is currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture Business with a minor in Marketing at California State University, Fresno. Cassidie looks forward to serving the Agriculture Industry and learning more during her internship.
