San Miguel Olive Farm

My wife and I started planting olive trees in 2006. Adding more trees over the next five years, gave us 1200 Tuscan varietals. We produce a blend, which changes every year. This is what keeps us on our toes. Producing an early harvest oil gives us very healthful high polyphenol EVOO. Our pricing and high quality, along with the very high polyphenol oil, sets us apart from most olive growers.

Our awards are always in the top three. This has included: Best of Class and Best of Show. We are very proud producers and offer tours and education when time allows.

We are organic, but not certified. Hand harvesting helps us produce some of the finest EVOO in the world. I believe awards are the foundation of our business and we have over 90 to date. Our milling process: No filtering or additives to the oil, for any reason. A  totally pure product.

We have been members of the COOC for many years. We use their seal as one of the most important features on our bottle. As part of our sales presentation, the certification sticker takes priority. We do not sell in stores, but online (our website and Amazon). At our farm we do tasting and sales. No flavored olive oils, only 100% pure EVOO. We are believers in detailed labeling for the consumer. Pretty pictures tell only part of the story.
